Manufacturers
recommend a full service of your espresso machines every 6 months. This will keep your machine operating at its
best.
During
a full service our technicians will :
descale
the heat exchanger
clean steam wand and tips
strip and clean the group heads to
remove tannin and oils from surfaces
replace group seals
replace shower screens
check pressure valves and replace
o-rings
conduct an operational test
(measuring & re-calibrating extraction time if needed)
Visually
inspect the unit for leaks
clean exterior of machine
Our
all inclusive service price (which includes group seals, shower screens &
labour) is just $220.00 +GST
Water filter Changeover
The
quality of local water means you should always operate your espresso machine
with at least an in-line water filter.
If you use your espresso machine daily, cartridges need to be changed
every 3 months. We recommend a filter be
at least 5 microns.
Our
all inclusive cartridge changeover price (including standard filter cartridge
& labour) is just $130.00 +GST
Combined Espresso Machine Service
& Water Filter Changeover
If
you book a combined espresso machine service and water filter changeover, we can
offer you a special price!
Booked
individually these services would total $350 + GST, but our all inclusive combined
price (including group seals, shower screens, standard filter cartridge &
labour) is just $315.00 +GST
Espresso Machine Refurbishment
If
your machine is full of calcium/scale, perhaps consider a full refurbishment. This will return your machine to near new
condition!
During
a refurbishment our technicians will :

Grinder Service
Often
grinders are a forgotten part of a great tasting espresso coffee. If your
grinder “crushes” beans instead of “slicing” them, the resulting end taste of
the coffee will be very different. Our
full grinder service includes replacement of grinder blades, cleaning,
servicing and lubrication of other components.
It is suggested this be completed at least once per year.
Our
all inclusive service price (which includes grinder blades & labour) is
just $270.00 +GST

Annual Maintenance Service
Package
If
you are looking for a complete annual package offering peace-of-mind, consider
our annual maintenance service package.
We
offer an annual service package containing:

x Grinder service

x Cleaning training session
The
complete annual service package is valued at $1,340 +GST, but is available for
just $1,000 + GST when you agree to
an annual maintenance service program.
To
assist with budgeting, we can accept the annual maintenance service package
payments by instalment. By making an
upfront payment of $319.00, and then each month an instalment of $80 (for a total
cost of $1199) you can spread your maintenance costs throughout the year.
In
addition, we offer preferential rates for all other work required by clients who engage us under an
annual maintenance service package. Just
